About Us

History

We originate in the Karoo, where our family settled in Carnarvon (Great Karoo) in 1903. We are very familiar with the region, which is renowned for its delicious lamb, mutton and high quality wool. Dellville is the name of our family-owned farm in Carnarvon.

Over the years, travelers from all walks of life stopped over in Carnarvon and we would provide them with a warm meal and a place to stay. Karoo Lamb was invariably on the menu that night and the response from guests were always a sensory delight. For years they would talk about the lamb they ate when they visited.

Today we would like to share that sensory experience with all our customers.

To deliver directly from the Karoo, premium quality lamb & mutton that is reared naturally, free range, free from added hormones and routine anti-biotics, fully traceable and absolutely delicious.

We believe meat should be nutritious, healthy and full of flavour. We also believe that the animals should be reared in a healthy and moral way.
